Swap in the new YouTube-section background video

Re-encoded from the new 1440p source to the established delivery format:
1080p H.264, audio track stripped (it plays muted behind the dark
overlay), faststart for web streaming. 32.8 MB despite the longer runtime,
down from the previous 42.9 MB.
